360 Feedback helps you understand how you are perceived using interview methodology that helps generate candid observations from the people who are most familiar with your work style.

  • You select peers, direct reports, managers, and key stakeholders for their candid feedback on your focus areas.

    You’ll receive a customized report, highlighting your signature strengths and development areas. We’ll review the results together and discuss how this feedback informs your coaching goals.
